ALIENATION AMONG COLLEGE TEACHERS IN RELATION TO VALUES

This study is conducted to study the alienation among teachers in relation to values. A sample of 100 with nearly an equal number of male and female teachers is selected at random from private college. For studying alienation among college teachers in relation to values it is proposed to use descriptive statistics mainly mean ,median , mode and standard deviation is applied, Relevant statistical techniques such as t-test and analysis of variance is used where two or more groups are to be compared.
