The International Journal of Social Work and Educational Management (IJSWEM) is a dynamic, open-access online journal dedicated to advancing the field of social work and Educational Management through the dissemination of high-quality, peer-reviewed research. With a mission to expand both the quantitative and qualitative research base supporting social work services worldwide, IJSWEM serves as a vital resource for practitioners, researchers, and educators committed to improving student outcomes through evidence-based practice.

This open-access model is especially critical for practitioners who may not have access to university libraries or costly academic databases. By democratizing knowledge, IJSWEM empowers social workers to make informed decisions, advocate effectively for students, and contribute to the growing body of research that shapes policy and practice. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a new graduate entering the field, IJSWEM offers a platform for learning, collaboration, and inspiration—accessible to all, regardless of geography or institutional affiliation.

In an era where accountability and data-driven interventions are increasingly emphasized, access to current research is not just beneficial—it’s essential.

Our mission is to support knowledge that encompasses global perspectives on social work and educational management. We need your support to increase access to these perspectives and disseminate knowledge.
